Deutsche Familienversicherung is new Premium Partner of Eintracht Frankfurt

Effective immediately, Deutsche Familienversicherung (DFV) and Eintracht Frankfurt have entered into a long-term premium partnership. The cooperation, which runs until the 2022/2023 season, supports the innovative partnership model of Eintracht Frankfurt, which no longer focuses exclusively on the classic advertising rights. In addition, Deutsche Familienversicherung will also become the official insurance partner of the Bundesliga club.

“Eintracht Frankfurt has set ambitious goals for itself, and over the next few years we want to become one of Germany's top clubs particularly with regard to digitisation. To do this, we need partners who share this ambitious and innovative attitude. Therefore we are very pleased to have gained a very special long-term digital partner in Deutsche Familienversicherung,” says Axel Hellmann, member of the Management Board of Eintracht Frankfurt Fußball AG, during the official signing of the agreement.

Deutsche Familienversicherung has grown from an analogue insurance start-up with the classic communication channels to a fully-digitised insurance company. As the only independent company in the industry, DFV has its head office in Frankfurt. The cooperation with Eintracht Frankfurt will focus on the digital distribution of DFV products and joint event formats.

“Deutsche Familienversicherung is a reliable, digital and fast-growing company. With eleven years in the market, and we are a profitable and viable Insurtech company,” says Dr. Stefan M. Knoll, Chief Executive Officer and founder of Deutsche Familienversicherung. Through the premium partnership, Eintracht Frankfurt, a facilitator and anchor in the region, is intensifying the collaboration that has already existed since 2010, in the course of which Deutsche Familienversicherung already distinguished itself as a promoter of popular and elite sports at Eintracht Frankfurt.
